And he said, "There is an option to hang up!" and he hung up on me! You can't be serious you ignorant jerks! Who would do business with these people OR give personal information? I don'y understand how they can possibly make money to stay in business. Better yet, why does the government allow this to continue????!!!! Now, that I know these jerks are tied to Chase, I'll be calling management!
